Famous G4 Baracuta Cloth has been updated and refined for greater functionality, while maintaining an original and inimitable style. Baracuta's second most iconic garment now features a new design, with raglan sleeves like the classic G9 but with a more relaxed fit, which makes the jacket even more comfortable. The fit is more comfortable than the G9, as the elastic waistband and ribbed cuffs have been replaced by adjustable straps that can customize the fit. While all the other distinctive features of the G9 have been retained, such as the collar, umbrella motif yoke and our signature Fraser Tartan lining. THE BRAND
BARACUTA is a British clothing brand, known for developing the so-called Harrington jacket, also called G9. Founded in 1937 in Manchester by two brothers John and Isaac Miller with the idea of starting work on a jacket designed for golfers, from there the new creation was equipped with the innovative zipper and to protect golfers from the rain came added to the garment the characteristic cape affixed to the back.
From 1947 onwards the brand and the jackets began to depopulate in the United States, worn by various Hollywood stars such as Elvis Presley and Steve McQueen.
